Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I took a car I recently purchased and asked for an oil change and tire rotation. The service person found the car already in your system and noted that the tires did not need to be rotated. He told me so. That saved a lot of money. Very honest.

Its always fast, friendly, and I don't feel awkward as a woman going there. They make me feel safe and are always super nice. I will drive past 3 other shops just to go to this one!

I wish I had used Valvoline sooner. Their garage and staff were very professional. Understanding their 18 point service check, asked them not to do it and they complied. Please realize that the 18 point check is a good thing, every garage any other place is going to do the same. I will have them do it in the future. Thank you, to the Lawyers Road Valvoline for making it such a great experience.

The staff was efficient, friendly, and professional. I pulled right up with no line, and I was out of there in 15 minutes. No upsells, which are the most annoying part of oil changes—especially for women because many other chains feel like they can "trick" you into purchasing more than you need.
